Why do we need to take care of acid-alkali equilibrium?
Maintaining a constant Ph level is extremely important for the normal course of all biochemical processes in the body. Modern lifestyles and the environment have a great impact on the body's acid-base balance.

Very often these factors lead to an increase in acid pH values. As a result, the body creates an acidic environment that causes the body to absorb minerals, including calcium, sodium, magnesium, vital organs, neutralizing acids and naturally cleansing the body.

When the medium is acidic, then the body does not get enough oxygen, which slows down and disturbs many physiological processes, including our metabolism. For this reason, keeping the acid-base equilibrium within normal limits is of great importance for the normal functioning of all organs and systems.

Several ways to maintain an optimal acid-base balance in our body

Diets rich in animal products (meat and dairy) as well as processed foods, coffee, alcohol, sugar and cereals lead to unbalanced acid pH. Acidity is accumulating as a result of food intake that contains less bioenergy.

Bioenergy maintains the alkalinity of the body in optimal proportions. Instead, one has to consume more alkalizing foods like fruits and vegetables (especially dark-skinned) to counter this acidity and prevent disease.

Accepting alkaline water at home. You can determine the pH of water using litmus. The natural state of the water is 7 on the scale, but the ideal pH level for clean drinking water is 8 or 9, which is achieved by its alkalization.

Drinking water all day can help reduce acidity and increase the natural level of your body's alkalinity. Try drinking two or three liters (or more) a day. Drink one cup of water half an hour before each meal and another cup two and a half hours after each meal. Drink water at bedtime and after waking up.

Motor activity helps maintain and restore the pH balance of tissues, blood and cell fluids. The best form of exercise to maintain the acid-base balance of the body is aerobic exercise. Move, ride a bike, swim, dance.
